1% Buyer Rebate

We make buying a home a little more exciting. When you have the Norton Team find you a new home, we will give you back 1% of the sales price in cash at closing!

How can we do this? We simply take the commission we earn from the seller (typically 3% of sales price) and give you 1/3rd of it. Of course, as a buyer you will pay nothing for us to be your agents (seller pays the commissions). The hardest decision you will have to make, is how to spend your 1% cash back.

EXAMPLE    

Let’s say you put in an offer for $275,000 for a new home. The offer is accepted and you have gone through all the steps until closing. At closing, $2,750 will be given to you as a broker-to-buyer credit. We like to share.
