Scott Norton

After receiving his real estate license, Scott began to quickly notice how many people were reluctant to spend so much of their hard-earned money in agent commissions. He decided to do real estate non-traditionally with flat fee and full service discounts, and found his clients much happier and his business more successful. Scott now owns and operates the Norton Team LLC which offers several packages for sellers and buyers, such as $199 flat fee listings and 1% cash back to buyers. The Norton Team gets houses sold by marketing them to thousands of active buyers and agents daily on the MLS and multiple websites. In addition, they provide constant support with offers, negotiations, settlement and closing, yard signs, fliers, and much more. Utah property owners can now sell their homes and keep their money!

Scott and Emily have been married since 2004 and together they have a baby boy named Logan. Scott is completing his Masters Degree in Health Promotion and Education at the University of Utah. He also is the head wrestling coach for Copper Hills High School. He enjoys being with his family, playing sports, snowboarding, and teaching.

Scott is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Utah Association of Realtors, the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, and a member of the Wasatch Front Regional Multiple Listing Service. He is also affiliated with Utah Select Realty, Utah’s premier real estate brokerage.

Pat Mendoza

Pat has been serving clients in Utah real estate for 3 years. He is one of the top agents at Utah Select Realty and has had great success working with the Spanish speaking community. Pat has experience working with new construction, investment properties, lease options, short sales, HUD homes, and listings. He is also a licensed loan officer.

Pat is married to Janece and together they have two boys, Lukas and Max. He enjoys playing basketball, being a true Utah Jazz and U of U fan, and golfing. Pat is furthering his education in nursing and wants to eventually become a nurse anesthetist.

Bryce Jones

Bryce is the principal broker for Utah Select Realty. In his first month in real estate, he got 13 listings and SOLD 7 homes, and that was just the beginning. He knew there were better ways of doing things. Bryce began developing innovative software, complex databases, and pushing the technological possibilities for the real estate industry. He established USR early in 2005 to show the world that there is a better way of doing things. Now with 4 Offices and OVER 150 agents, his one-of-a-kind system is proving that technology is the key to success in today’s real estate industry.

Bryce gives his agents the flexibility to set their own commissions and fees for their service. This is how the Norton Team can offer flat fees and many unique options for real estate.
